BekahBoo stayed over and Grandma and Granddad's Saturday night. I am thankful that she made it the whole night. Last time she spent the night at Nana and Papa's she got sick and DH had to go pick her up in the middle of the night.
BB's Uncle came in for a surprise visit Sunday morning which was a nice treat. We ended up having lunch at my parent's with him.
I'm mainly writing today because I can't get over one thing that BB said. She wanted to pick up a pinecone from a basket. I had no idea if this was okay so I told her to ask Grandma. She thought about it for awhile and then said "I want mommy to ask Grandma for me." That is an 8 word sentence. A grammatically correct sentence. Not bad for a 2.5 year old.

We are definitely glad she didn't get sick as well. But these things happen.
She is a really smart girl. I hope Joanna can keep up!
